Pretty much everyone is in business to Create Wealth, some people are in business without any particular aim other than to do something, however that’s hardly having a business. Businesses are brought into being in order to Create Wealth and Profit, mostly everyone in business works to a Wealth System as indeed I’m sure you are. The things people usually forget as they continue working on their business are the reasons they created the business in the first place, the goals they wished to fulfil through having the freedom to work in the way they viewed as most promising for success. So what is it that moved you into the position you are in now? What were the reasons and motivations for heading down the business route you have done? What Wealth System did you decide upon and how effectively is that Wealth System performing?

As you continue working along the line that creates and established business remember that the true joy of having a business comes largely from the results you reap from it and also what you are doing while you work on your business. By ‘working on’ the focus goes to development and leading your business in the direction you desire it to go, if you ‘work in’ the business then most likely you are using too much of your time on admin and various tasks others could be doing thus freeing your time to work on the things you should be doing. So as you think about whether you are largely ‘working in’ or ‘working on’ your business, along with how well your Wealth System is working and your motivations for creating the business in the first place, evaluate yourself on how well you are fulfilling your potential. What are the various points and places you could potentially alter and hone so you could yield up a better performance than you have? Once you have created a list of points you could improve you are able to begin doing something about them, start by researching; courses, workshops, appropriate books for the information you require, resources on the internet, and a good Business Coach. Once your list of available options has been compiled evaluate each option in terms of its potential effect and impact on you and your business, how swiftly that effect can be yielded, the time it will require assigned to it and how much you would enjoy it. The final part perhaps sound strange though through all my experience in Sydney Business Coaching and the UK too, plus the other roles I had, I have noticed time and again that people get their best results at the times when they are enjoying themselves. Due to this I always recommend people to do as much as they can to make their work enjoyable, also it is the reason I ensure as best as I can that through my role as a Business Coach that the clients I work with enjoy their sessions as widely as possible, of course things can get serious at times, though when you are enjoying yourself a huge amount of growth and movement is possible. So with care evaluate the options you have and deduce what is best for you, I do very much recommend giving Business Coaching good thought, as working with a good Business Coach can yield huge benefit and really blast you forward in your quest for success. Your Business Coach is also able to aid you by tailoring things to your own Wealth System and helping you then to tweak it such that you get better yields from it than you had been getting.
